At MOVA Globes UK, we aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Our return policy is crafted to adhere to UK Consumer Rights regulations, ensuring a seamless and secure shopping experience.
Return Period: 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return if you change your mind.
Right of Withdrawal: Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days.
This applies to all MOVA Globes purchased directly from our UK store.
Refund Process
Initiate a Return
Reach out to our support team or start the return via your account dashboard to obtain a return authorisation.
Pack & Dispatch
Securely package the item in its original box. We recommend using a tracked service (Royal Mail or courier).
Examination
Upon arrival at our UK warehouse, we will inspect the item within 2 working days.
Refund Processed
We will process the refund promptly. Funds typically appear in your bank account within 5-7 working days.
Processing Duration: Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your return.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will always be issued to the original payment card or PayPal account used for the transaction.
Postage Fees: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will reimburse return postage costs. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Return Conditions
To ensure a full refund, please ensure your return meets the following criteria:
Original Condition
Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received.
Packaging
Please return the item in its original MOVA packaging, including all protective foam and inserts.
Accessories
Ensure all accessories (base, prongs, user manual) are included in the box.
Resalable
The product must be in a resalable condition.
⚠️ Please Note: Returns that are damaged due to inadequate packaging by the customer or missing parts may incur a restocking fee or partial refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your MOVA Globe arrives damaged or develops a fault, our warranty policy is applicable.
Damaged on Arrival: Please report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Warranty: All MOVA Globes come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a fault develops, please contact support for a warranty claim.
